I am a Personal Development Coach and Reiki Practitioner living in the Northern New Jersey area with my 2 children.  My coach training is through Empowered Spiritual Life Coaching Program as well as International Association of Coaches (IAC).  I have completed the Silva Method Mind Control Course, and attended the "Trust Your Vibes" extensive workshop led by author, spiritual teacher and intuitive guide, Sonia Choquette, PhD.  My passions are focused on self development, self healing, law of attraction, personal empowerment and intuitive guidance.  With my knowledge and background experience, I'm able to help my clients shift to a perspective that aligns them with their true being.
